Our beloved Chef Tristan is following his heart and moving on to educate and inspire the next generation of culinary artists. As a result, we are taking a short break to ensure that we find the right person to continue his legacy of care; a new Head Chef whose philosophy aligns with the Velvet Glove’s unwavering commitment to excellence, and someone who cares as deeply about the experience of our valued customers as we do.
